Are your products 100% vegan?

Hence Beauty is proud to be Vegan certified.  

While most of our products follow vegan standards, it's important to note that our Facial Mask, although cruelty-free, may contain some plant-based ingredients that are not 100% vegan. We strive to ensure the highest ethical standards in our formulas while delivering effective and indulgent skincare options.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Absolutely! At Hence Beauty, we are strictly against animal testing. We firmly believe in ethical and cruelty-free practices, and we are committed to ensuring that none of our products or ingredients are tested on animals

Do you use any synthetic ingredients in your products?

No, we do not use any synthetic ingredients in our products.

What's the shelf life of HENCE BEAUTY poducts? 

Hence Beauty products have a shelf-life of 24 months when unopened.
Once opened, the shelf-life is typically 12 months. 

It's important to note that the shelf-life may vary slightly depending on the specific product. To ensure optimal freshness and effectiveness, we recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place and avoiding exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. By following these guidelines, you can maximize the lifespan of our products and continue to enjoy their benefits.

How are your products tested for safety and efficiency?

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We are delighted to offer international shipping to over 40 countries and are continuously working to expand our reach even further.

Our customer support team will be more than happy to assist you and explore the possibilities of shipping to your location. We strive to make Hence Beauty products accessible to skincare enthusiasts around the globe.

When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays, with standard shipping orders typically fulfilled and shipped on the business day following the order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped (please check spam folder and add hello@hencebeauty.com to safe senders list if needed).

Where do you ship from? How long does shipping take?

Hence Beauty orders are shipped from both the US and Hong Kong. If your order is US-based, it usually arrives within 3-5 business days from the fulfillment date. For international orders, the delivery time is typically 3-10 business days. However, please be aware that for orders subject to DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), customs clearance processes may cause additional delays. We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience in case of any unforeseen circumstances during shipping and customs procedures.

Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Domestic sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to New York and California.

Can I change my delivery address after I placed the order?


We understand that circumstances may change, and we'll do our best to assist you. While we cannot modify your order once you've received the order confirmation, we may be able to cancel it for you. If you need to cancel your order, please email us promptly after placing it, providing your full name, order number, and using the subject line "Cancellation." We'll make every effort to accommodate your request. After the cancellation is done you can place your order again with the correst shipping address. 

What can I do in case I have not received my order within the promised delivery time?

PAYMENT & RETURNS 

What is your return policy?

We apologize if you didn't love your Hence Beauty products, and we're here to assist you. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@hencebeauty.com within 30 days of receiving your products. Include your name, order number, the name of the product(s), and the reason(s) why they didn't work for you. We'll be glad to provide a full refund to your original method of payment. Please keep the following points in mind:

- Hence Beauty facial masks are final sale and cannot be returned.
We cannot accept empty or nearly empty products for returns.
- Returns are only accepted for unopened, gently used, and tested products.
- Personal damages to items, such as drops, theft, spills, misuse, etc., are not eligible for refunds or returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We value your satisfaction and will do our best to make the return process as smooth as possible.

I have received damaged items or a wrong order. What can I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the damaged or mixed up Hence Beauty products. Please reach out to us at hello@hencebeauty.com and provide us with your full name, order number, and an image of the damaged products. Our team will promptly assist you and work towards a satisfactory resolution. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we address this issue.

Can I exchange a product after receiving it? 

We apologize, but we do not offer direct product exchanges for Hence Beauty products.
