Your tracking code is typically updated within 2-3 business days after placing your order. You can view it in your order list after logging in. Once your order is shipped, it may take another 2-3 business days for the tracking information to appear. If you don't receive your tracking code within this time frame, please email us at hello@ovang.co or use the Contact button on our homepage.

■ Delivery policy

We begin packing orders immediately after they're placed, so orders cannot be changed once confirmed. Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

International Shipping

• Typically takes 3-7 business days, but timing may vary depending on the region and factors like customs inspections or weather. Ovang is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
• International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their government.

Address and Phone Number Accuracy

• Ensure you provide the correct shipping address and phone number when placing your order. Orders cannot be shipped to invalid or incorrect addresses or phone numbers.
• If an incorrect address is provided, Ovang will contact you via email. If no response is received within 14 days, the order will be canceled, and you will need to reorder the products.

Additional Shipping Information

• Potential Delays: Delivery may be delayed depending on order size or due to events within the shipping company.
• Shipping Process: To offer reasonable pricing, we use a 3PL provider; therefore, samples or event gifts are not included.
• Order Limitations: Due to customs regulations, orders are limited to $200 or less. Customers wishing to purchase more should place separate orders to avoid delays.
• Shipping Restrictions: We cannot deliver to military addresses (APO/FPO), P.O. Boxes, or addresses without a full name.
